I’ve spent nearly a decade building teams, mentoring agents, and creating opportunities for people who want more out of their careers and their lives. Before I turned 30, I helped lead organizations that produced over a million dollars in business and generated more than $800K in sales but the real win for me has always been the impact, not the numbers.

What drives me is helping people grow. I focus on real mentorship, clear systems, and honest conversations that actually move someone forward. My goal is to create an environment where agents feel supported, challenged, and capable of reaching goals they once thought were out of reach.

I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I stand firmly on the principle of people over profit. The agents who work with me know they’re stepping into a culture built on integrity, growth, and genuine support — a place where they can build something meaningful, both professionally and personally.
